1.1 Booking Process: To reserve a trekking or tour package, customers must complete a booking form and provide the necessary details, including personal information, trek details, and payment. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking.
1.2 Advance Payment: A deposit of 60% is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days days before the start of the trek or tour.
1.3 Booking Confirmation: The booking is confirmed only after the payment has been received and processed. Please ensure that you check your email for booking confirmation and details.
2.1 Customer Cancellations: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing at least 21 days prior to the scheduled trek or tour.
2.2 Company Cancellations: If the Company cancels the trek or tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or any other event outside our control, a full refund will be provided, or an alternative date or route will be offered.
3.1 It is mandatory for all trekkers to have comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, evacuation, trip cancellations, and lost baggage. We strongly recommend purchasing insurance that covers high-altitude trekking activities.
3.2 Liability: The Company is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from failure to provide proof of valid insurance or from inadequate coverage for high-altitude trekking.
4.1 Health & Fitness: Participants must be in good health and physically fit to undertake the trek or tour. A medical certificate may be required for high-altitude treks. It is your responsibility to inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions.
4.2 Respect for Local Culture: Trekkers must respect the customs, culture, and traditions of the local communities. Harassment or inappropriate behavior towards locals will not be tolerated.
4.3 Safety Guidelines: Our guides will provide safety instructions and directions. It is important that all participants follow the guide’s advice, especially regarding altitude sickness, trail conditions, and other safety matters.
4.4 Liability Waiver: By booking a trek or tour with us, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with trekking and travel, including but not limited to accidents, weather-related incidents, or natural hazards. You agree to release the Company from any liability for such events.
5.1 Itinerary Changes: The Company reserves the right to change the itinerary due to weather conditions, natural disasters, political instability, or other unforeseen circumstances. Any significant changes will be communicated to the participants as soon as possible.
5.2 Force Majeure: The Company will not be held liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events.
6.1 Visa & Permits: It is the traveler’s responsibility to obtain the necessary visas and permits for travel to Nepal. We can assist with the acquisition of permits for trekking, but the traveler is responsible for any visa-related requirements.
6.2 Passport: Your passport must be valid for at least six months from your planned date of entry into Nepal.
7.1 Altitude Sickness: High-altitude treks carry a risk of altitude sickness. It is crucial that trekkers acclimatize properly. If a trekker shows symptoms of severe altitude sickness, the Company may recommend descending immediately for medical treatment. The participant must follow this recommendation, at their own expense.
7.2 Medical Assistance: In the event of an emergency, the Company will make efforts to provide medical assistance, but all expenses related to medical care, including evacuation costs, are the responsibility of the traveler.
8.1 Alcohol and Drugs: The use of illegal drugs or excessive alcohol is prohibited during treks. Participants should refrain from disruptive behavior that may affect other trekkers or staff.
8.2 Environmental Responsibility: We ask all trekkers to adhere to the principles of responsible tourism, including not littering and respecting the environment. We encourage travelers to reduce plastic waste and carry reusable water bottles.
9.1 Force Majeure: The Company is not responsible for any delays, changes, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, political disturbances, or other force majeure events.
9.2 Accidents & Injuries: While we take all reasonable precautions for the safety and well-being of our clients, trekking and travel involve inherent risks. The Company is not liable for any personal injury, death, loss, or damage during the tour or trek.
10.1 Personal Data: By booking with us, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for booking and communication purposes. We respect your privacy and ensure that your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in, Nepal.
